Providing excellent Customer Service is very important to us and our aim is to make your shopping experience with Furry Animals an enjoyable and rewarding one in every respect.
We use NZ Post for all our shipping. Our animals are shipped using ParcelPost Tracked, and our larger items are shipped using ParcelPost Tracked Zonal. These services are non-signature courier deliveries to your door.
Our delivery target is between 1 – 3 working days. Although delivery to rural and remote areas may take longer.
CourierPost options available on request.
For security reasons we do not ship to PO Box numbers.
On the rare occasion that a parcel goes missing, we have systems in place to replace your order or refund any payment made.
It is Furry Animals policy to resolve quickly any issues arising from the delivery of your order.

We honour all our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
In the unlikely event that a product reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 14 days and we will happily replace it with another selection, or refund your payment.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
